2024 Bold & Gold Volunteer Sign Up Form

Let's come together for a Celebration of Champions during BW's 2024 Bold & Gold Homecoming Festival on Saturday, September 28, 2024! Your support as a volunteer for this important gathering will enhance the day for all those attending! Together, we will make this a great experience for our students, alumni, families, and the BW community!

By filling out this form, we will add you to the volunteer list. All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and a voucher for the Dining Services food tent. We will be in touch with you closer to the event date to confirm your shift(s) and volunteer assignment(s), and to provide additional event details.

Preferred volunteer roles. Please rank role types 1-6 (1 being your top choice, 6 being your last choice) based on your preference. We will try our best to accommodate your preference. *

	Floater - Flexible volunteers, willing to do any role needed (may include lifting, pre and post event set-up).
	Sign Set-Up Volunteers - Hang marketing materials/signage around campus.
	Dining Services Assistance - Assist BW Dining Services with table linens, directing guests though food lines, taking tickets, and any other needs. (No heavy lifting or handling of food)
	Tent Volunteers - Several opportunities at various Information/Welcome Tents to assist with passing out BW swag, answer attendee questions, t-shirt sales, etc.
	Concierge Volunteers - Offer general crowd management, directions, and assistance for event attendees.
	Parade Volunteers - Host new "viewing hives" for BW students, alumni, parents and families along the parade route.
